DJ Don Diablo Disrupts Crypto Scene With World’s First Full-Length NFT Concert

Dutch DJ Don Diablo, currently ranked among the Top 10 DJs of the world, is well-known for his electronic style of production and vocalization. The record producer hopes to put a new spin on NFTs – which till now have mainly been short looping videos – by putting up an hour-long concert NFT for sale.
Titled Destination Hexagonia, this one-of-a-kind NFT will go up for sale on digital art marketplace SuperRare on April 9. According to DJMag, the concert will combine sci-fi style visuals with 3D rendered sets. The NFT will come in a one-of-a-kind USB stick, sporting the DJ’s logo.
For this project, Don Diablo said he was inspired by sci-fi movies like Star Wars and 2001: A Space Odyssey. He hopes this concert will “inspire others to push harder and think bigger,” as per HYPEBEAST.
Prior to this announcement, the musician had only created a looping artwork called GENESIS.
A large portion of the proceeds from the NFT will go toward the DJ’s HEXAGON foundation, which aims to help others break into the NFT space. View the NFT on SuperRare come April 9.
