Useful Apple Notes Tricks Will Keep You On The Ball At All Times

If you are an iPhone user, you know the best way to create checklists or jot down a quick thought is with Notes.
Notes is a powerful assistant for many users, and can be a place to write, store quick comments or serve as a grocery list. To help you realize its potential, Tech Tips has created a tutorial that takes the art of note-taking to another level. The video shows 16 tips and tricks on how to maximize the use of Apple Notes.
To craft a new note hands-free, for example, just say, “Hey Siri, take a note,” and then dictate your task. The smart assistant will read it back to you and insert a text version into your Notes app.
Another tip is to pin a note. Over time, you may discover that you’d often refer to a few notes over and over again. No need to search or sort through your notes collection—just pin the important ones. Doing so will place any pinned notes at the top. Swipe right on any note and tap the pin icon. Repeat the process to unpin.
Did you know you can also scan documents in your Notes app? Simply tap the camera icon and select Scan Documents. Position your camera over the document and use the drag options to center the image.
Tap Done when you’ve completed your edits and now you have your document scanned to your Notes app.
