Netflix Is Airing A Show Teaching You How To Stop Binge-Watching To Go To Sleep

Netflix is teaching its subscribers how to get off Netflix and sleep.
The streaming giant, which has perpetuated the habit of binge-watching, is now encouraging its viewers to do the exact opposite. It has teamed up with popular meditation app Headspace for a new animated series titled Headspace Guide to Sleep.
The seven-part series touches on the myths and misconceptions of sleep, and based on its trailer, it will also educate viewers on how much sleep is needed and whether sleep aids are efficient.
Each episode will last 15 minutes, and will also demonstrate how mindfulness and meditation can boost sleep quality.
Headspace Guide to Sleep is the second part out of a three-series deal. The first series, Headspace Guide to Meditation, which recommends easy meditation techniques for a modern world, premiered in January. The third part of the series is not announced yet, but Netflix mentioned it will be an “interactive experience.”
Headspace Guide to Sleep is coming to the streaming service on April 28.
