IKEA Releases Rainbow Items & Free Zoom Backdrops That Basically Beam With Pride

IKEA Japan has released a series of rainbow-themed goods in celebration of Tokyo Rainbow Pride this year.
The collection features two STORSTOMMA bags decked in multicolors, a Bluetooth speaker cover, and three different virtual backgrounds that you can download for Zoom for free.
The rainbow STORSTOMMA bags were first introduced in US stores in 2019 to raise funds for the LGBTQ+ community. Adopting a similar move, IKEA Japan will donate ¥30 (US$0.28) to an LGBTQ+ charity in Japan with every purchase of the bag.
Customers can opt to purchase either a smaller lunch bag for ¥129 (US$1.19) or a large carrier tote for ¥199 (US$1.83).
The mesh Bluetooth speaker cover, which is also clad in rainbow colors, is only exclusive to local IKEA stores. Priced at ¥999 (US$9.18), the cover is compatible with IKEA Eneby Bluetooth speakers and was initially created by an IKEA employee for personal use. Inspired by the design, IKEA Japan decided to have the cover manufactured commercially.
