Singer Doja Cat has announced her first foray into the world of cryto art by launching her own high-end NFT marketplace,
Juicy Drops. She will also unveil her first-ever NFT collection on Friday, April 23.
Juicy Drops is a collaboration between Doja Cat and NFT firm Intellectable Holdings, and will feature a collection of offerings as part of a partnership with toy designer BOOMTRONIC.
According to NME, Doja Cat’s NFTs are said to be inspired by her performance at last month’s Grammy Awards, with rumors saying it’ll be a collection of 3D graphics including a metallic depiction of her, and a separate image of her cat. The collection will feature six color variations, with varying tiers of available quantities and price points.
After which, Doja Cat plans for Juicy Drops to curate a creative NFT hub for artists, athletes, and creatives to sell to fans and collectors globally, as per
The Source. “I’m helping to launch my NFT company so that I can actually own and control my art,” said Doja Cat.
“My ownership also allows me to direct how we can give back to causes I truly believe in,” she added.
