LEGO x Adidas Launch Superstar Sneaker Set You Assemble Instead Of Wear

Following the launch of LEGO and Adidas’ ZX 8000 collection earlier this year, the two brands are teaming up once again for yet another classic silhouette. Next month, LEGO x Adidas Originals Superstar sneakers will hit the shelves, alongside a LEGO brick model of the iconic shoe.
The LEGO Superstar sneaker in adult sizing will come in a classic black and white leather construction, with the three stripes, shell-toe, and heel tab crafted to resemble LEGO brick patterns. This launch includes children’s sizing, with more colorful options for younger ones in the family.
LEGO also unveiled a never-seen-before Superstar brick set, which will allow collectors to construct the iconic sneaker using LEGO bricks. Just like the real sneaker, the brick version includes the shell-toe shape, trefoil logo, and three stripes motif.
Customers can choose from the right or left shoe, or can purchase both to form a pair. It even comes with shoelaces and an authentic Adidas shoebox, so it appears extra-realistic in your display case.
The LEGO x Adidas Originals Superstar collection will launch Thursday, 1 July. The adult sneakers will retail for US$140, with the LEGO model going for US$90. For more information, visit the Adidas and LEGO sites.
