Tesla Will Power Complete Energy Ecosystems For Luxury Florida Homes

A new luxury community of residences currently under development in Palm Beach, Florida is being supplied with energy, and electric vehicle chargers, by Tesla Energy. This marks the third residential community project that Tesla has undertaken in the last two months.
Panther National, the high-end home project being built around a new golf course, will boast contemporary architecture combined with cutting-edge clean energy. The 18-hole signature golf course is being conceptualized by Jack Nicklaus, a renowned golfer and golf course designer.
Other amenities in the gated living community include a health and fitness club, which spans walking trails, athletics and kids’ clubs, and dining.
218 homes are planned to be built at the site, designed by Strang Design, a Miami-based firm. Tesla has planned to install its products around the 2,400-acre community, including the Powerwall+ and Tesla Solar, and in the homes.
On its website, Panther National declares that “the flat roof design at Panther National coupled with the Florida sun provides the ideal landscape for Tesla’s proprietary solar panels.” Following this, the integration of the Powerwall+ hopes to replace outdated generators, which cause noise pollution, in storm-prone areas.
Construction of the project is poised to start toward the end of 2021. With this partnership with Tesla, Panther National aims to fulfill its vision: to create sustainable buildings and energy independence in a world-class setting.
