Vaxxed Samsung Galaxy Users Can Soon Enter Establishments Without Paper Proof

Although most of us are back out and about, many establishments require proof of vaccination before allowing guests in. If you’re worried about misplacing your paper card or destroying it in a wash cycle, here’s a solution.
In the next few weeks, the CommonHealth app will be integrated with Samsung Pay. This means all Galaxy smartphone owners will be able to store a verified digital version of their COVID-19 vaccine in their phones. The verification can also be displayed as a QR code for establishments that require scanning before entry.
According to SlashGear, CommonHealth is a mobile app from the Commons Project Foundation, which allows users to link various healthcare providers and pharmacies. It also keeps patients’ records such as immunization.
Samsung Galaxy users in the US will be able to download the app from the Google Play Store. Upon verifying patient records through secure authentication measures, you’ll be able to download your COVID-19 vaccination record into your device for easy access.
