Apple Rolls Out macOS 12 Beta, With Multi-Device Support, To The General Public

Apple has released a new beta of the latest macOS 12 Monterey to public testers, finally letting non-developers test the new software before it gets rolled out to the general public. Just a day ago, Apple made the sixth Monterey beta available for developers, as well.
According to MacRumors, if you’re a public beta tester, you can download the new update from the ‘Software Update’ section on System Preferences, though you will first have to install a profile from Apple’s beta software site.
macOS Monterey will come with a whole host of new features, including allowing a single mouse, trackpad, or keyboard to be used across multiple Macs or iPads. There’s also a feature that now allows users to AirPlay directly to a Mac from an iPhone.
The tech giant has also spruced up its Safari browser app, with an updated tab bar and new Tab Groups to help keep windows organized.
Hopefully, Apple will get enough feedback from beta testers to release the MacOS Monterey to all users as soon as possible.
