Starbucks x Nespresso Spill Morning Mantras For More Pep With Your Coffee

Your morning cuppa is now positively filled with more zing. In line with the launch of its new Vertuo capsules, Starbucks by Nespresso has teamed up with artist and poet Morgan Harper Nichols to infuse daily affirmations into a fun new Instagram effect.
With the past year forcing many into introspection, the ‘Morning Mantras’ effect aims to help coffee drinkers find inspiration in the little things. 10 uplifting messages illustrated by Nichols—like “Embrace the small moments,” “Growth over perfection,” and “You will bloom how you were meant to” appear where you enjoy your cuppa to hopefully “shift how you feel with words of affirmation to set the tone for the rest of your day,” DesignTAXI was told in an email.

The filter can be accessed here, or by searching “Morning Mantras” in the Instagram Effects library. Users can then experiment with it by aligning the camera on a flat surface like a countertop, and then tapping on the Starbucks Siren symbol.
A virtual coffee cup will be served to whisper sweet nothings to you. Hold the sugar.
