Instagram Finally Brings Carousel Post Edits To Delete That One Regretful Photo

Since 2017, Instagram has allowed users to upload up to 10 images and videos in a single post.
Commonly referred to as a carousel, it’s been a staple of the social media platform, but users have had a gripe for a long time: will it be possible to delete just a single item instead of the whole post?
Finally, Instagram is rolling out this long-anticipated feature. According to Engadget, users can now delete a picture or video from a carousel by selecting “edit” on the post in question, then swiping over to the exactly frame to click “delete.”
At the moment, the feature is only available on iOS, though the app is planning to release it on Android soon. This change comes together with the introduction of a new feature, called ‘Rage Shake’.
If your app’s lagging on you, simply shake your phone to let Instagram know you’re not having it, and a report will be sent to the developers. Adam Mosseri, Head of Instagram, said this will help the app prioritize which bugs to tackle first.
