Trump Tower’s New Bar Serves A $45 Special With Beef Sliders & Diet Coke

Head over to the new 45 Wine & Whiskey bar at Trump Tower and you’ll be teleported back to 2016, the year when Donald Trump made history books and became the 45th US president.
You’ll get to dine like the former president too, though the infamous call button isn’t at hand for guests to summon their orders. What you get for US$45—the number denoting the 45th POTUS—is a ‘Forty Five’ special with a Wyoming whiskey, demerara, as well as an orange bitters cocktail, alongside beef sliders (one would reckon they’d be perfect for the smallest of hands) and a Diet Coke, Trump’s favorite soda.
The menu’s cocktails concoct surreal memories of Trump’s stay in the White House, as reported by Forbes. There’s ‘The Don’, ‘The West Wing’, ‘The Rose Garden’, and ‘The FLOTUS’. Those who need to catch a break can order the ‘Mar-a-Lago Spritzer’.
The bar takes on an Art Deco style, while being decked out in black and white photographs of Trump when he was president.
True to its muse, most of the bar’s reds (and whites) are sourced from Trump Winery, which the former president purchased for US$6 million back in 2011 before being taken over by his son Eric.
