Slack, the work chat service offered by Salesforce, faced an hours-long blackout on Tuesday morning, with the company’s status page indicating it was “not loading for some users.”
Though many office workers, especially those working from home, saw their main method of communication grind to a halt, it appears the firm has since resolved the issue.
According to CNBC, users reported not being able to log into accounts, send messages, share files, or receive notifications on the app.
While it’s still investigating the cause of the outage, Slack advised users to refresh the app (either on desktop or mobile) in order to access the update.
TechCrunch noted that users who still aren’t able to access the service after refreshing the app should clear their cache before trying again.
