Innovative ‘Tandem Shower’ Ensures Your Partner Won’t Be Left Out In The Cold
Ex-Amazon engineers Brett Skaloud and Jeff Feiereisen have come up with a radical concept for couples around the world: a ‘Tandem Shower’ that allows both parties to stand under hot water at the same time.
The facility has proven to be a rather popular idea, with the campaign having already raised US$550,000 from its initial goal of US$10,000 on crowd-funding platform Kickstarter.
Said to be “a shower worth sharing,” the Tandem Shower doesn’t require you to remodel your entire bathroom. Instead, it offers an additional showerhead to be attached quickly—no fuss, no mess.

As the creators put it, we’ve all been there: “One person’s always stuck in the cold. The other is (guiltily) enjoying the hot water. Switching sides is its own adventure. If you’re on the outside of the rotation, you risk falling through the curtain. On the inside, you can’t let your butt touch the freezing wall.”
“We set out to fix this,” they said.
Water pressure was one of the key considerations when developing the unique product. After conducting “extensive research” into existing models, they came up with a custom-engineered showerhead that not only optimizes pressure but also delivers the best results when used in tandem with another.
Users who prefer high-pressure showers can select a high-velocity setting that the brand promises delivers twice the force of standard showerheads.

Plus, with an insulated hose, both showerheads will dispense water at the same temperature, and with only the need to warm up the water once, you’ll minimize water waste and save money by showering with your beau.
