As we enter year three of the pandemic, millions of people have quit or sought out different job opportunities as part of the nation’s “great reshuffle,” with over 40% of employees currently considering themselves job seekers on the hunt for better opportunities elsewhere.

If you’re one of the many who’s looking for a well-deserved break, PepsiCo’s Soulboost, a sparkling water beverage, has launched a new campaign to commemorate Mental Health Awareness Month by rewarding five individuals US$5,000 to go on their very own “Great Reshuffle Reset.”

Yup, you read that right. And if you’re one of the lucky ones who snag the coveted prize, you’ll be able to use it in any way you wish to indulge in your favorite activities, visit amazing places, and essentially ease your mind and find solitude.

Those familiar with the emerging brand’s two offerings—Lift and Ease—will see how the focus on mental health naturally ties in to the drinks. Lift has 200mg of added Panax Ginseng said to “support mental stamina” for long days, while Ease is made with 200mg of L-theanine to encourage relaxation and “uncomplicated your unwind.”

“We know just about everyone’s mental health has taken a hit after the last two years. Now, with so many people looking for new opportunities both at work and beyond, we want to encourage those looking for new horizons during this ‘Great Reshuffle’ by helping to facilitate that personal discovery,” said Jenny Danzi, Senior Director of Soulboost.

“We want everyone to feel empowered to feel their best self every day, and we think this chance for a reset is the best way to start that journey,” she added.
