Elite Buildings In The Metaverse Are Coming Into Shape By World-Renowned Artists
Luxury real estate meets the metaverse with this new project of specially designed locales created by renowned artists and architects from around the world.
The members-only community, The Row, is helmed by metaverse real-estate agent Everyrealm, known for creating Fantasy Islands in The Sandbox metaverse. It has teamed up with some of the most cutting-edge designers to conjure up a new exclusive community that pushed the boundaries of digital architecture.
The elite community features 30 landmarks from creators such as Daniel Arsham, Misha Kahn, Andrés Reisinger & Alba de la Fuente, Six N. Five, and Alexis Christodoulou, among others.
Each property is constructed to work on multiple different metaverse platforms in The Row’s district.
The creatives used the metaverse’s boundless environment to their advantage to create a roster of unique monuments that reflected their own aesthetic.
Daniel Arsham’s vision was actualized into an open area of modernist architecture with the head of Ares at the front of the pavilion.
Misha Kahn created what he calls Quagmire’s Karst, a surreal look at ceramic pieces he had made over the years, mashed together to form a whimsical house.
While Alexis Christodoulou’s The Mirage is the first personal levitating area in the metaverse.
Everyrealm is working with real-estate firm The Alexander Team to bring this new experience to life. According to The Alexander Team’s co-founder Oren Alexander, a large portion of its clientele collects trophy real estate, and this would therefore be a new and innovative way to give the members a different perspective on architecture.
To apply for access to one of these incredible landmarks, you will have to send in an application on the dedicated website, where you will be asked a series of questions before evaluating your eligibility to be a member. Everyrealm has not yet stated a membership fee.
