Snickers Is Now A Seasoning Blend To Shake Up Your Desserts

Snickers fans, get ready for an all-new way to eat your favorite candy bar! B&G Foods has just announced the ‘Snickers Shaker Seasoning Blend’.

So, forget cayenne or oregano; Snickers is about to sweeten up your kitchen. 

Created out of its iconic milk chocolate, peanut butter, and caramel ingredients, this new powdered form of the dessert is meant to be sprinkled over ice cream, pancakes, yogurt, or into your cookies and milkshakes. 

It’s packaged similarly to salt and pepper, with two openings on the cap for different methods of shaking the seasoning out. Except instead of savory seasoning, it’s everyone’s favorite candy bar crushed into a fine powder.

The packaging is also decked out in the famous red, blue, and brown colors the snack bar is known for. 

Michelle Deignan, the senior brand director at Mars Wrigley, cited a growing desire among consumers to experiment with flavors while cooking and baking, hence the crossover from a chocolate bar into powdered confectionary was made.
