This Luxury Body Wash Is Designed To Smell Like The Person You Miss Most

When it comes to perfumes and body washes, there’s no shortage of peculiar scents, with options ranging from smelling like a lobster (really) to a litany of dead authors. 

But what if you could smell like the person you loved the most? Phlur, a luxury beauty brand started by influencer Chriselle Lim, rose to the task when it came up with ‘Missing Person’, a scent so popular Highsnobiety noted it had a 200,000-person waitlist. 

Described as a “delicate, yet addictive fragrance that evokes the lingering scent of your lover’s skin,” the scent is now available in the form of a body wash and lotion, allowing you to fully envelope yourself in its unique scent. 

In fact, the smell is said to be so evocative of emotions that beauty influencer Mikayla Nogueira had to hold back tears after experiencing a waft of the scent for the first time. 

Constance Georges-Picot, the nose behind the viral perfume, said the fragrance is “reminiscent of the harmonious feeling you get when you emerge out of a bath.” 

“So relaxed and yet invigorated all at the same time with the scent of fresh, clean skin, glistening with supple softness, taking over your senses.”
