Roger Federer Partners Streetwear Mogul Ronnie Fieg To Create Sporting Apparel
Ronnie Fieg, one of streetwear’s biggest names and founder of Kith, is coming together with tennis superstar Roger Federer to launch a collection for sport Swiss fashion brand On—aptly named (RF)² by Ronnie Fieg & Roger Federer for On, after the duo’s similar initials.
Fans were given a first peek at the forthcoming products in a video on Kith’s Instagram, where Fieg plays coach to Federer, who expertly hits tennis balls to form the shape of the duo’s collection logo.
The tennis star donned a logo-branded pocket cream T-shirt and a pair of black sports shorts, while Fieg was shown wearing a gray polo top, navy shorts, white socks, and a sports cap to round off the athletic look.
As per Robb Report, the collection will supposedly include footwear, and both Federer and Fieg are both seen in the video laced up in a pair of coordinating athletic sneakers, with the brand’s logo embossed on its leather uppers for some extra pizzazz.
At the moment, the release date and prices for the capsule are not yet known, but it’s likely that sporting enthusiasts will snatch it real quick once it launches.
