Designed by UK sex tech company MysteryVibe, the adult toy, called ‘Tenuto 2’, is envisioned as an affordable, non-prescription alternative to treatments for erectile dysfunction like sildenafil (also known as Viagra). Erectile dysfunction can be caused by a multitude of reasons, including nerve damage from a back injury, heart problems, colon or rectal cancer, or as a side effect of prostate surgery.

Worn over the penis, Tenuto 2 increases blood flow in the area with four motors that eject localized vibrations to boost circulation. Two wings at the base support the penis to keep the blood moving in this zone.
Notably, the device isn’t just for men with erectile dysfunction. It’s also a two-way toy that simultaneously reaches male and female erogenous zones, such as one partner’s perineum—the area between the anus and the scrotum—and the other’s clitoris.
