You know of Fire-, Water-, and Grass-type starter Pokémon. Now, meet the Crochet-type.

Kotaku discovered an array of official Pokémon trading cards reimagining the beloved fighter creatures as crochet monsters. The displays, designed by Asako Ito for The Pokémon Company, make Pokémon look more cuddly and lovable than ever.

Ito has created a total of 29 assorted trading cards, beginning with the Sun & Moon base set in 2018. Each of the artworks depicts a crocheted character against an equally vibrant felt backdrop.

Have a look at some of the adorable designs by Ito, and check out the full selection over at the Pokémon website. Gotta crochet ’em all!
