Ozzy Osbourne Rocks Into Makeup Realm With His Line Of Gothic Cosmetics
With so many big names jumping into the makeup sphere—see Brad Pitt—Ozzy Osbourne’s newest venture would still hit fans like a Crazy Train.
The rockstar, known for his wild hair, round sunglasses, and eyeliner, has teamed up with Rock and Roll Beauty to deliver a line of gothic-inspired makeup. And, of course, a beauty line from the Prince of Darkness would not be complete without coffin-shaped palettes, bat-winged mirrors, and brushes that draw from his hit tunes.
The 21-piece collection features a 14-color ‘Ozzy Bat’ eyeshadow palette, with shades inspired by songs such as Iron Man and Zombie Stomp. Along with that is a ‘Bark at the Moon’ highlighter and an ‘Ozzy Bullet’ lipstick in midnight black with a carving of a bat stamped onto its side.
While a makeup venture might be a Shot in the Dark, the crooner has also released some candles to add a little illumination as you get ready for a night of head-banging. ‘Midnight Woods’ is a warm lavender and citrus blend mixed with dark plum and amber. Meanwhile, ‘Mulled Cider’ contains apple and brown sugar notes, and ‘Fireside’ blends different woods like myrrh and has an undercurrent of jasmine.
