McDonald’s Creates Gaming Chair That Holds Your Fries And Keeps Food Toasty

Want to fight baddies while demolishing your burger? McDonald’s in the UK might have the gaming furniture for you.
Decked out in a yellow and black racing-themed colorway, the new gaming chair by McDonald’s UK features a “perfectly-crafted” fries compartment with just the right space for the cardboard holder and a hot box with a lid to ensure your sandwich doesn’t get cold while you go about saving the day.
The chair also sports “stain-proof” leather detailing to keep grease marks out, as well as cutouts for two types of dips.
The fast-food chain is rolling out the gaming chair as a tribute to its new “game-changing” burger, the McCrispy chicken sandwich.
It all appears to be marketing-speak and a gimmick, to be frank, though there’ll certainly be a user for it. Most people, let alone hardcore gamers, would rather not disrupt their flow of thought by walking to the microwave for the sake of respawning the freshness of their meals. If you think of it this way, it’s a level up from the usual gaming chair.
As it seems, there is only one McCrispy Gaming Chair up for grabs via a sweepstakes, with only three others in the world already set aside for influencers. Only customers in England, Scotland, and Wales may apply for this rare chair via McDonald’s UK’s Facebook page through November 13. Meanwhile, two runner-ups will be entitled to a McCrispy-themed neon light.
