The tiny .0006-acre lot is home to Pop-Tarts’ own Gingerbread House, which is making its comeback after a decade. The farmhouse has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is said to be nestled in the sugary ‘Wild Berry Woods’ which is at the foothills of ‘Applefritterlachians’.

Pop-Tarts and Zillow also highlight special features such as Frosted Chocolate Chip archways, Cookies’ n Crème countertops, and Chocolate Fudge bedroom reading nooks to add to the delicious architecture.
 
Now, while the cottage may be a tad too small for the Hansels and Gretels of the world, it could actually help in one day making your house-owning dreams come true. Included in the campaign is the chance to refurbish your own home, whether it’s made of gingerbread or not.

Upon constructing their own Pop-Tarts Gingerbread House, customers are encouraged to share their creations on Instagram and Twitter using the #GingerbreadPopTartsEntry hashtag. The best design will entitle its creator to a US$15,000 cash prize that can be put towards a mortgage of an abode made from actual brick and concrete, which sounds like a pretty sweet deal.
