‘The Simpsons’ House Gets Dreamed Up As Architecture In Historical Britain

The Simpsons have lived a comfortable and action-filled life in Springfield since 1989. But have you ever wondered what their lives might look like if the family moved across the pond to old-timey England?

HouseholdQuotes has answered this thought by reimagining the suburbs of Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and baby Maggie as though they were living in different time periods in the UK.

The project transforms the iconic 742 Evergreen Terrace home into structures from the Tudor times through the Mod period and up to the present day, turning the iconic abode into various British architecture.

Some standouts include the half-timbered styles of a Tudor dwelling, a Gregorian estate, and even the stained glass windows of an ornate Edwardian house.

In more modern times, the Simpsons are depicted to be living in the popular Art Deco-styled homes of the 1920s and 1930s, as well as semi-detached and terraced houses that squish two or more families together on the lot.

And lastly, they are seen taking residence in a chic modern establishment with concrete, timber, and iron-framed floor-to-ceiling windows.

During Halloween this year, the iconic family was completely redesigned in the stylings of Tsugumi Ohba’s Death Note and produced by the same studio as the famed anime.

Though, no matter if the Simpsons are pulling up to their home in a horse-drawn carriage or cleansing the world of evil in the middle of Tokyo, their mark on pop culture will have fans recognizing them anywhere, no matter what they look like or where they live.
