It looks like binge-watchers could soon get their fair share of exercise while tuning into Netflix, as the streaming service has recently announced that Nike Training Club workout programs would soon be made available to subscribers.
For the uninitiated, Nike Training Club is an app led by the brand’s certified trainers as “the ultimate training partner,” offering options for users of all fitness levels to start getting into shape, through strength training, high-intensity workouts, or even yoga.
Initially, five programs will be released at launch, including 13 episodes of Kickstart Fitness with the Basics, seven episodes of Two Weeks to a Stronger Core, six episodes of Fall in Love with Vinyasa, 14 episodes of HIT & Strength with Tara, and six episodes of Feel-Good Fitness.
The release is scheduled to hit screens worldwide from December 30, with plans for more courses to be added throughout 2023. In total, the complete collection is slated to comprise over 90 Nike Training Club workouts.
As listed, each program will come with multiple episodes—spanning a total of 30 hours of exercise sessions—which will be released in two installments. Non-English speakers need not worry, as the courses will be available in multiple languages on all Netflix plans.
