Mother London Creates ‘Friendly Faces’ Stickers To Welcome Ukrainian Kids

If there are two things that are sure to capture the heart of a child, they’re stickers and cartoons. As such, creative agency Mother London has come up with Friendly Faces sticker packs to help displaced Ukrainian children feel more at home.

These sticker packs comprise characters from well-known Ukrainian cartoons and hope to provide comfort to kids moving into a new home in an unfamiliar area as they settle into their surroundings.

According to The Stable, each pack—which is distributed by the agency for free—features characters from Mavka: The Forest Song, which recently made an appearance on the BBC’s Hey Duggee and The Cossacks.

As per the news organization, nearly 30,000 Ukrainian refugees have sought shelter in the United Kingdom since the war broke out last year. Plus, with initial hosting arrangements ending soon, children could soon have to move yet again.
