Even the biggest brands in the world are eager to get on board the artificial intelligence hype train, as Coca-Cola has become the first company to team up with management consultancy Bain & Company and OpenAI to tap into the technology for future endeavors.
As AI generators such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT and DALL-E take the internet by storm, it’s no wonder businesses are considering how they can adapt and access these algorithms to better appeal to customers worldwide.
According to apress release, Bain will help companies integrate AI models into their operations to streamline processes, operating models, and data assets. For example, it could help utility companies build out an automated, personalized service call center with real-time scripts.
In terms of advertising and marketing, creative units within firms will get a boost from image generators and chatbots, which can help develop “highly personalized” copy, delightful imagery, and messaging that specifically targets different customer bases.
“We are excited to unleash the next generation of creativity offered by this rapidly emerging technology. We see opportunities to enhance our marketing through cutting-edge AI,” explained James Quincey, CEO of The Coca-Cola Company.
