For all the gamers out there seeking to be the hero of their role-playing games, Donate Life America wants you to be the hero of someone’s life as well.

Donate Life is currently dedicated to providing more than 100,000 people transplants, and now it’s recruiting gamers to join in the quest for this second chance at life.

The campaign spot revolves around encouraging people to become registered donors, and the organization is setting its sights on gamers. In the video, mythical creatures sit around a table playing a tabletop RPG (à la Dungeons and Dragons, in case you need an example). Part of the set they’re using is a pair of interesting-looking dice. These transparent ‘Healing Dice’ come with tiny hand-painted organs, such as the lungs, heart, and pancreas, inside them to further drive the point home.

On the eighth die, also known as ‘The Lifesaving Die’, an anatomical heart is featured, a double entendre that players might recognize as a critical moment between surviving and dying in a game.

The spot, created by The Martin Agency, reaches out to an incredibly passionate group of people that take pride in creating lore for their characters. It taps into their need to be heroes and offers them a real-life chance to do so. While not everyone might partake in such a hobby, the video could also touch a broader audience to dig deep and find that part in you that hopes to save someone someday.

Those who sign up with Donate Life will then stand a chance to win the set of dice. Winners will be announced in March on Donate Life’s website.
