Disney Universe Unites In LEGO Form For 100th Anniversary
It’s a small world, after all—and now, you can squeeze it all into your room with minifigures and magical builds.
2023 marks Disney’s 100th anniversary, and the House of Mouse is truly building up to a year of festivities with the help of LEGO.

The new Disney100 collection unites all-time-favorite Disney and Pixar icons, and with LEGO’s nature for creativity and play in mind, who’s to say you can’t have Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and Baymax as best buds in your version of the Disney universe?
Perhaps the most exciting additions of the bunch are the 18 Collectible Minifigures of timeless characters, some of which have never appeared as minifigures before. The posse consists of classics like Oswald, Mickey Mouse’s predecessor; Sorcerer Mickey; Robin Hood; Pinocchio; Disney Princesses; and Cruella de Vil; in addition to newer icons from Moana, Coco, Encanto, Lilo & Stitch, and Big Hero 6.
Part of the magic comes from the surprise, as well—each character arrives in a blind bag at a price of US$4.99.
Another interesting build to take your collection afloat is the house in Up. The balloon-lifted property, now in plastic brick form, is currently occupied by miniature versions of Carl, Russell, and Dug the dog, but who’s stopping you from expanding the household with other minifigs—Disney and non-Disney alike?
Mickey, Oswald, Snow White, and Tinker Bell have also been imagined as BrickHeadz figurines to give your desk a bit of an edge.
A neat Disney Celebration Train set invites fans to hold a main street parade in their room with adorable floats starring Mickey and Minnie, Peter Pan and Tinker Bell, Woody, and Moana mascots.
Lastly, the DUPLO Disney 3 in 1 Magical Castle channels the magic of the emblematic castle with Mickey, Minnie, Figaro, Daisy, and Donald. The structure can also transform into three builds, says LEGO.
The BrickHeadz are now ready for sale, while the Collectible Minifigures will make their way over to retailers and LEGO.com on May 1. All the others from the Disney100 range are poised to roll out on April 1.
