Supreme Goes Y2K With Camouflage Tamagotchi Pet Toys
Supreme is doing what it does best and turning everyday items, or in this case, nostalgic toys, and giving them the hype treatment by slapping its logo onto them.
This new collection with Bandai’s Tamagotchi is turning the iconic digital pet toys into something that will have every trendsetter itching to get their hands on.
The collaboration is part of Supreme’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection and features all the hallmarks of the original, including the toy’s Gen 1 interface and keychain so that you can keep your pet on you all the time. But, of course, as Supreme is involved, it now comes in a black, pink, or yellow camouflage print and is topped off with the red Supreme logo above the display.

Supreme seems to know how to turn something mundane into the next “it” thing. In this instance, it’s banking on a wave of Y2K nostalgia and taking something that the kids back then who have now turned into streetwear fans would probably like to own.
There’s no word on the price yet, but what is clear is that it will be released on March 16 on the brand’s website.
