LEGO’s 2,336-Piece Land Rover Defender Will Have You Ready For Adventure

 
LEGO and car fans everywhere know how fun creating tiny versions of their favorite rides can be. It’s like piecing together a puzzle but way more fun as you end up with a miniature vehicle fit for your bookshelf or desk.
 
Now, there’s a new automobile parking in the building-blocks garage, a Land Rover Defender 90. This off-roading classic has been transformed into a tiny blocked version of the real thing for Land Rover’s 75th anniversary.

The latest LEGO release is an incredibly detailed set comprising 2,336 pieces. From the exterior, you’ll see it’s painted army green with the Land Rover logo, license plate, and Defender symbol all printed.
 
Inside, builders are treated to an exact copy of the real thing fitted with a cup holder for your Minifigs’ tumbler. You will also get to choose from three different hood and engine options.

The thrilling ride doesn’t stop there; the kit even comes with all the bells and whistles needed to traverse the great outdoors. This includes jerry cans, a hammer, an axe, a fire extinguisher, an engine snorkel, traction plates, and a rack. So naturally, you can strap these items atop the roof-mounted bracket. Though, if you prefer a more sleek look, you can forgo all the accessories and have the car as is.

Once built, it will stand at 6 inches high and 12.5 inches long, a touch different from its previous 2019 TECHNIC counterpart that came in at eight inches tall and 16 inches long and excluded all the detailing this latest version has.
