Wine and music—two things that go together like, well, wine and cheese. This odd wooden speaker takes this pairing to a heady level.
Created by a wine retailer, no less, that’s based in Hong Kong, the ‘Dream Echo Pro’ is an oak Bluetooth speaker shaped like a wine bottle. With this unexpected bouquet, the gadget is both time-honored and contemporary.
The design is adorned with brass detailing on the cap, label, and body to stand out elegantly like a prized bottle of wine.

The speaker uncorks 15W of output and boasts a sound range of up to 49 feet. Its makers say you could put two of these ‘bottles’ together for a likely intoxicating 360° stereo experience. Bass notes, it seems, are fairly decent too.
The Dream Echo Pro is steeped with an 8000mAh battery for three hours of use, and it can be charged by plugging a cable into its USB-C port. On/off and volume buttons run up its side.
The speaker is currently in Kickstarter mode, so it’s not possible to take a sip just yet.
