Skippy Designs The ‘Swiss Army Knife’ For Bread, To Keep Spreads From Touching

Life is complicated, and even fixing yourself a comforting peanut butter and jelly sandwich comes with a thought process. Do you need one knife, or two to avoid double-dipping? Should you use a spoon instead? Crust on or off?
Well, vex no more. Skippy has designed what it believes is the end-all-be-all tool for your bread and (peanut) butter problems: the ‘PBJ X Pro’. This pseudo Swiss army knife for breakfast combines all the utensils one needs to make a PB&J sandwich, plus more.
The device includes a main knife, plus a backup if you don’t want jam in your peanut butter jar, a spoon, and even a crimping wheel for crustless sammies. The knives are color-coded—blue for Skippy and purple for jelly—and fixed onto each side to prevent cross-contamination.
Then, there are the other implements that put the ‘Pro’ in PBJ X Pro: a stamp to emboss a design on your bread, a mirror to check for smears of peanut butter on your lips, and a mini speaker “to get your PB&J jam on,” says the press release.

This all-in-one utensil might sound nuts enough for April Fools’, but it is indeed real. Skippy introduced the PBJ X Pro for National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day, which fell on April 2, though it has made only one in the world to give away to a lucky fan.
