Tiger Woods & Justin Timberlake Tee Up To Develop A 600-Acre Town In Florida

Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake might be most known for hitting the green and topping the charts, respectively. But together, they’re about to take on a new venture: creating a town.

Woods and Timberlake are co-founders of Nexus Luxury Collection alongside British billionaire Joe Lewis. The company mainly handles real estate ventures, and its next venture is a 600-acre community in Wellington, Florida.
 
Wellington is most commonly known as an equestrian destination, and the new luxury community will have homes, condos, stores, and even a hotel close to Palm Beach. Per the New York Post, single-family homes and apartments will range between US$4 and US$5 million. 

Considering Woods and Timberlake are involved, you might wonder if golf or music somehow come into play, but it’s the equestrian world they’re gunning for in this project. The development will also double the size of the current international showground and bring major upgrades to different facilities.
 
However, there are many other amenities, such as indoor and outdoor sports facilities, gaming rooms, bowling lanes, rock-climbing walls, sports fields, a 16-acre Central Park, and a 17-acre commercial center with shops, offices, and retail.

Wellington mainly sees its busiest months during the winter, when polo and other horse sports competitions are held. Following the pandemic, an influx of finance practices and employees have since moved into the area and are looking to make it their base. That has seemed to spur on the development of the area to attract more people to settle down.
