LEGO Unveils A New Wicked VHS Set Dedicated To Disney Villains

Get ready to unleash your inner villain with LEGO’s latest collaboration with Disney. As the entertainment giant celebrates its 100th anniversary, LEGO has created a sinfully fun 18+ Villain Icons set that pays tribute to some of the studio’s most iconic bad guys.

Let’s face it, Disney heroes are great and all, but the villains are the real stars of the show. Who can forget Maleficent’s iconic horns or Ursula’s wicked laugh? This set takes us back to our childhoods with VHS cases of Aladdin and Sleeping Beauty and an old tape of The Little Mermaid featuring an Ursula minifigure on the cover.

But the best part? Each prop reveals never-before-released minifigures of classic villains like Gaston, Jafar Genie, and the Evil Queen in Disguise. Plus, The Little Mermaid tape has a strip of film inside with minifigure versions of Ariel and Eric.

In total, the set comprises 1,540 pieces and stands 7.5 inches high, 9 inches wide, and 7 inches deep, making it a wicked addition to a bookshelf.

Recently, LEGO and Disney dropped another collaborative set in the form of a picture frame consisting of 70 different characters and a Mickey minifigure decked out in paint-splashed overalls.

The Villain Icons set is great for any Disney fan looking to add some villainous flair to their LEGO collection. It’s going for US$130 and will be available starting June 1.
