Nike’s New Roll-Top Outdoor Pack Is Made From A Material ‘Stronger Than Steel’

The great outdoors can be daunting and unpredictable, with their fair share of dangers. However, if you’re looking to keep yourself and your belongings as safe as possible, you’ll want to check out Nike’s latest day pack, made from Dyneema, a material that is stronger than steel at the molecular level.

Part of Nike’s All Conditions Gear sub-label, the Aysén Day Pack boasts a whopping 8.4 gallon capacity, and is constructed entirely out of Dyneema. Its roll-top design allows you to adjust its size according to your needs, and there’s even a laptop sleeve inside, should you need to finish that deck of slides while out in the wilderness.

Plus, it comes with a sternum strap for extra support, carabiner clips for easy equipment attachment, and pockets for storing your water bottles and other essentials.

If you’re looking for something a little smaller, the Aysén Fanny Pack is also made of Dyneema, and features a 0.8 gallon capacity with foam and a mesh backside for added comfort. Perfect for holding your phone, keys, and wallet, this fanny pack comes with the same roll-top design for easy access while hiking or even just on a day out.

These rugged and stylish bags are available now on Nike’s website, with the day pack selling for US$162, and the fanny pack for US$72.
