“As smooth as a baby’s bottom” might be a known expression, but there’s more to these itty-bitty tushies than the English lexicon gives them credit for. Until now. Huggies has created The Alphabutt Book, a delightful picture book celebrating the diverse derrières of babies.

Here’s something to sit on: did you know not all diapers are created equal? Following a self-conducted survey that showed more than one in three parents think all nappies are shaped the same and have no idea diapers arrive in various shapes, the diaper brand and creative house Quality Meats commissioned 26 illustrators—many of whom have worked on children’s books—to put together a page-turner honoring all baby butts and bodies from ‘Avocado’ to ‘Zeppelin’.

“Babies and their butts come in all different shapes and sizes,” Huggies reiterates. “And we believe every baby’s butt should squiggle, wiggle and jiggle around comfortably and freely.”

Each letter of the alphabet, or rather, Alphabutt, in this rather body-positive read is depicted in the unique style of its artist. Further, those who’d like to take this spelling spree beyond these pages will be pleased to know there’s an Alphabutt font too, in addition to an eBook version and posters.

There’s little to be bummed out about this endeavor, as 100% of The Alphabutt Book’s proceeds will go to the National Diaper Bank Network, a nonprofit working to ensure every child in the US has adequate access to fresh diapers. The book is priced at US$19.99.
