Borat Inserted Into ‘Resident Evil 4’ Is Completely Unhinged

Borat is a walking caricature whose primitive worldview and narrowmindedness draw the best and worst out of people. And while his words and actions expose some very real problems in society, it turns out the character would fit very well in the fictional rural village in Resident Evil 4 too.
In a crossover you never knew you needed, the wacko journalist portrayed by Sacha Baron Cohen welcomes viewers to his “glorious country” of (fake) Kazakhstan—though, instead of the remote area depicted in the film, it’s the decaying landscape of dusty old Pueblo from the video game.
The hilarious mashup comes from YouTube creator eli_handle_b.wav, who often works with software like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, as well as Mocha Pro, to realistically transport pop-culture icons into scenes from video games. The resulting footage is, as one infamous documentary filmmaker would say, very nice!

Borat purchases weapons, explores a castle, and washes his undies in the game’s lake, all the time oblivious to the sinister vibes of the parasite-infected locals. They aren’t quite as hospitable as the people in Borat’s original village.
