Winnie-The-Pooh Gets Wrecked In New Horror Game Where A Virus Invades His Body

Winnie-the-Pooh isn’t doing so well—not in the Disney section of the Hundred Acre Wood, at least. Not only has the silly old bear developed murderous tendencies in the slasher film Blood and Honey, but he also kills his friends in a shooter and is getting high on pot in a television series.
The lovable character has assumed all of these unsavory arcs after A.A. Milne’s stories lost their copyright last year, therefore putting the works in the public domain. In one of the latest, unprecedented twists, Pooh and friends were written into a booklet telling schoolchildren in Dallas what to do in the event there is a shooter in the midst.
Now, Pooh’s troubles are afflicting his internals. Oh bother, he can’t catch a break, can he?
Twice Different—an Australian independent game developer most known for its roguelike card crawler, Ring of Pain—is reimagining the bear’s infectiously sweet adventures with a plot that’s less saccharine, with a lot more infection. In Winnie’s Hole, you play a virus ripping through Pooh’s body, starting from his badonkadonk.
Unfortunately, honey won’t be the cure here. You, the virus, strategically spread your function to other cells, causing them to mutate.

These inner workings will be visible from the outside, as Winnie’s body begins to develop extra parts. As the silent mastermind, you guide his cells to turn him into a beast built for survival. Everything that happens inwards affects the outside world.
