LEGO’s 3,100-Part ‘Captain America’ Shield Will Make Your Table Setup Endgame

LEGO is rescuing fans from their boredom with a highly detailed and authentic replica of Captain America’s Shield. Although simplistic at first glance, the stunning display is made up of 3,128 pieces.
Designed for adult builders, the nearly life-sized, Marvel-themed set is poised to give them a sense of redemption after they’re done with the project. The brick shield is faithful to what Steve Rogers’ protective gear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and comic books looks like.
Due to its heft and size (the Captain America Shield measures over 18.5 inches in diameter), the build will need to be supported by a stand, which is included in the set. When finished, it could also fit right next to a trophy collection thanks to its respectable-looking nameplate.
All that, and the star-studded emblem of good VS evil is also accompanied by a minifigure of the Cap, who is seen wielding his own tiny shield plus Thor’s hammer, Mjölnir.
