Lamborghini Announces Luxury Villas Inspired By The Design Of Its Supercars

When they’re not flashing their shiny cars on the road, Lamborghini drivers may prefer to park themselves in their opulent new abodes overlooking the Mediterranean.
Joining a growing fleet of luxury automakers that have ventured into real estate, the Italian manufacturer is working with developer Dar Global to unravel 53 villas on an incline in Behanavís, near Marbella, on the south coast of Spain.
Tierra Viva, which translates to mean Alive Earth, is Lamborghini’s first housing development in Europe. The property’s design “directly” draws from the ethos of the brand’s iconic hypercars, explains the carmaker.
While the prices for each unit have not been revealed, the entire project is valued at about US$310 million, according to Carscoops.
“Tierra Viva embodies the essence and power of Lamborghini and its unrestricted nature, interpreted into an architectural masterpiece,” says Stephan Winkelmann, CEO of Automobili Lamborghini.
The two-story villas will feature layouts of four bedrooms (‘Esmeralda’), five bedrooms (‘Zafiro’), and six bedrooms (‘Diamante’). Each will be “carefully constructed at different levels on the hills to ensure every villa enjoys endless panoramas of the Mediterranean Sea,” shares the developer.
“Like precious stones the 53 exclusive villas at Tierra Viva rise gently from the land,” Dar Global continues.
Each villa will include direct car access, multiple terraces, “flourishing gardens,” and panoramic swimming pools boasting views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Meanwhile, the interiors will showcase “high-end finishes inspired by the style of Automobili Lamborghini.” While the brands haven’t elaborated further about the design influences, renderings of the villas feature floor-to-ceiling glazing, polished marble floors, and fine leather.
Tierra Viva remains under development, and is poised to be ready in 2027.
