Moët Hennessy Opens Glamorous Cocktail Bar Inspired By Art, Fashion & Literature

Those who love sipping on fancy tipples from Moët Hennessy will be delighted to hear that the wine and spirits arm of the famed LVMH conglomerate has recently opened a brand-new cocktail bar in the heart of Paris’ Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

Centering on the brand’s decades of experience with luxury drinks, the bar—called Cravan—will serve customers across five stories of a 17th-century Parisian building, updated by renowned Belgian designer Ramy Fischler.

Champagne enthusiasts can choose to experience Moët’s famed beverages in a series of ambiances, including spaces inspired by art, fashion, cinema, or literature within the establishment’s three bars.

There’s even a Rizzoli bookstore specially curated by Carvan, while the top floors of the building are home to a by-invitation-only private atelier and a mini kiosk where movies will be screened for guests on warm Parisian nights.

To design the glamorous space, the brand worked together with historian turned restaurateur and cocktail expert Franck Audoux, Founder and Artistic Director of Cravan.

The elaborate setup is a merging of the pair’s knowledge of the Parisian hospitality scene, unique approach to cocktail making, and their shared experience of luxury art de vivre in the world of alcohol.
