William Ellery, a Brooklyn-based specializes in crafting unique vintage discoveries into functional outdoor and workwear pieces. Its latest, ‘Beachcomber Gear’, is a limited-edition range of bags and sunglasses designed to transition from beachside bliss to urban life.

First up in the collection is a series of bags created from repurposed materials sourced from commercial fishing. They are made with water-repellent mesh material, so they remain dry and sand-free when used at the beach. They are pretty much made to accompany you on any thrilling outdoor adventure you have lined up this summer.

Made with marine-grade nylon, they can accommodate all your essentials, whether basking on the beach or embarking on a thrilling camping expedition. Additionally, the bags feature a mesh panel on the front, allowing you to attach and secure your belongings conveniently.

No beach or outdoor excursion is complete without a pair of stylish sunglasses, and the collection offers two distinct varieties: the Slingshot and the Spotter. The Slingshot is quite literally as its name describes it: a slingshot. Aside from its vintage US military frames and amber lenses, it comes with a strap that can be detached and used as a slingshot. The Spotter offers similar versatility, but instead of hurling rocks, its strap can be used as a bolo tie for whenever you’re running late to a hoedown after a hike.
