Earlier this year, pop star Beyoncé unveiled her collaboration with luxury fashion label Balmain on a high-fashion “wearable album” based on her recent world tour. Dubbed the Renaissance Couture, the collection of 16 looks allowed the singer to “freely express” herself.
Now, it appears the Heated singer has another venture on the horizon. In a recent announcement, she teased the upcoming release of a new fragrance, which would be the first perfume in nearly a decade since 2014’s Rise.
While not many details are known, Beyoncé’s website states that the currently untitled eau de parfum will retail for US$160 in the US and Canada from November. Even more mysteriously, the listing noted that a “special gift” would be included with each purchase.
For now, it’s been revealed that the scent—said to be “encased in art”—will comprise top notes of clementine and golden honey, base notes of Namibian myrrh and golden amber, and heart notes of rose absolute and jasmine sambac.
Interestingly, asHighsnobiety pointed out, previous olfactory releases by Beyoncé, including the likes of Pulse, retailed for under US$100. This would make the forthcoming launch the most luxurious one yet. Head here for more details.
