World’s Largest Hummer Has A Duplex Apartment Within—And It Still Drives

You could truly live in your car with this Hummer, which is said to be the biggest in the world. It’s so mammoth, there are two stories inside this absolute unit, where you can cook your meals or take a nap.
Called the Hummer H1 X3, the ferocious beast was commissioned for Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and is currently exhibited at the Off Road History Museum in Al Madam, the UAE. As its name suggests, the four-wheel-drive vehicle is approximately three times bigger than the typical Hummer, boasting a length of 14 meters (45 feet) and height of 6.6 meters (21.8 feet).
Its tires alone, repurposed from another military vehicle, stand at about seven feet and two inches, which make them slightly taller than Shaquille O’Neal himself, as Luxurylaunches points out.
In a tour shared by Supercar Blondie on YouTube, viewers are guided into an “apartment” with a lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and engine room. The climb up begins from the parking spot, and within, visitors are led up even more steps to reach the penthouse unit.
A feverish car collector, Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan is also known as the “Rainbow Sheikh” after famously purchasing Mercedes vehicles in every color of the rainbow as a wedding gift.

The supersized SUV, based on the amphibious LARC LX cargo vehicle, weighs around 60,000 kilograms (132,000 pounds).
Yet, it can move on the road at a top speed of 20 miles per hour, with the boost of four Diesel engines.
