In collaboration with the Peanuts brand, Japanese sportswear retailer Mizuno has released a set of weighted equipment dressed up as Snoopy and Woodstock, effectively turning the outdoor-lounging characters into your live-in trainers.

The selection includes dumbbells, modeled after the best friends, that are designed for working the upper arms.

While they’re only about 500 grams (1.1 pounds) each, the weights are great for repetitive training and slow stretches. During their downtime, the two double as plush companions in your home.

The other item is a Snoopy medicine ball donning an outdoorsy, detachable hat, in honor of the character’s role as head of the Beagle Scouts, who first made their appearance on May 14, 1974.
