‘World’s First’ 55W Diode Laser Engraver Takes Creation To The Next Level

The laser engraving landscape is continually evolving, and the introduction of CooLook’s 55W Desktop Diode Laser &  Engraver Cutter with 10 5.5W laser sources is a testament to this progress. This innovation comes equipped with an advanced optical design and cooling technology, enhancing its reliability and high-power performance.

This machine boasts a 55W power output and engraving speeds reaching up to 60,000mm per minute. Notably, it adopts a seven-in-one design, streamlining essential components into a single integrated unit. The machine includes air assistance, an emergency stop switch, an exhaust system, a power source, a honeycomb board, a magnetic suction drawer, and an air filtration function.

This laser also delivers an ultrafine spot size, ranging from 0.03 to 0.1mm, over a generous engraving surface measuring 450x390mm. Additionally, the machine employs advanced optical path-splitting control technology, offering three distinct modes (10W, 30W, 50W) without requiring a head change.

Through advanced software control algorithms, this laser engraver, constructed with a sturdy aluminum alloy frame, 3-line guide, and 3-motor structure, achieves commendable processing speeds, reaching up to 1,000mm per second.

One of its notable attributes is the user-friendly experience, as it can be installed and set up in just ten minutes. The machine can bolster safety by featuring six comprehensive safety measures, including a blue light protective shell, a smoke exhaust system, a child safety lock, an emergency stop button, professional laser safety goggles, and an optional smoke purification device.

CooLook’s Diode Laser Engraver is now part of a Kickstarter campaign, and early bird prices are starting at US$1,799.
