Apple Unveils 2023 iMacs Featuring M3 Chips And Ray-Tracing

Apple recently introduced a new 24-inch iMac equipped with the M3 chipset during its ‘Scary Fast’ event. This latest offering brings substantial performance improvements compared to its predecessors.

The M3 chipset is the star of the show, featuring an eight-core CPU and the ability to house up to 10 cores in its GPU. It also supports hardware-accelerated mesh shading and ray tracing, making it a powerhouse for graphics-intensive tasks and gaming. Moreover, the M3 incorporates a 16-core Neural Engine and allows for up to 24GB of unified memory.
