DIY expert Martha Stewart has partnered with tea brand Pure Leaf in hopes of rethinking the way tea drinkers enjoy their favorite beverage.

Time is a precious commodity, and while DIY culture believes that making something by one’s self is usually better, steeping tea for hours can be too time-consuming for most.

As such, Stewart advocates leaving the tea brewing to Pure Leaf, so consumers can now dedicate more time to pursuing their passions and hobbies, just like the television star.

In the humorous campaign, viewers can see the homemaking maven trade her iced tea-brewing time for exciting activities like learning to play her favorite songs on the harp or expertly woodworking a new chair.

To showcase the possibilities that arise when tea enthusiasts ditch the homebrewing process, Pure Leaf has also launched a nationwide giveaway.

This challenge invites tea DIYers across the country to put the brand’s brews to the test and experience the same satisfying flavor that they achieve through their own methods—proving it can deliver the same great taste as homebrewed iced tea.

250 lucky shoppers will stand a chance to win a Pure Leaf x Martha Stewart DDIY Kit, complete with a chic glass pitcher, a custom ice cube mold, a wooden mixing spoon, and dried fruit garnish.
